Two problems

In Response To: "CREATE" a middle?! (philip palmer)

1. It is unlikely that your book will allow you to buy on/off the 3 for 10 cents.

2. If you use the same account at the same book to do this, you will not last long there.

This can be done. Use a little more imagination and do a little research and you will find a way. Don't expect anyone to volunteer this info on an internet forum, however. It is too valuable to be publicized.
