but be sure to make a copy of it before sending. I suppose that if the ticket is a monster, certified may add a certain comfort level. I always wondered what I would do if I was holding a winning lotto ticket, would I stay up all nite locked in the bedroom with a pistol and then call a limo service for the 200 mile trip to the capitol?
