I agree; while it is fun to read how others can make money beating bad lines, I am more interested in winning money myself. And fez nails it with "non-incompetent bettor, with 3-4 outs". I'm in that category. And I know from following posts throughout the baseball season that even with only four outs, I generally have been able to get similar, and often times better, prices than those listed by posters. I feel that's a pretty low bar that anyone who devotes a few hours a week ought to be able to hurdle.
