MLS draws

Thanks for the warning on betting on soccer.
The MLS has an overtime period. Most books will count any games that go into overtime as draws. From www.majorleaguesoccer.com - this year 23% of the games have gone into overtime. I think the number was 24% for last year. Some have told me they think this is the case because the MLS gets talent for the offense rather than the defense since they may think soccer isnt' that popular with Americans due to the lack of scoring (fact or fiction who knows).
From the WSEX lines for this week - the 6 games have the draws an implied average of 30.3% (7.3% over fair) while the two teams at 81% (4% over fair). So if there is any edge, it is to betting on the two teams instead of on draws.
