New point-buying system for Arena at Pinnacle

They seem to have an entirely new point-buying scheme built in to their software that I've never seen before-- did they implement this strictly for arena?

Instead of going to the point-buying at the top (which has always seemed sort of hidden) they give you a drop-down list with a selection of 3 different lines for each game.

E.g.
Las Vegas -8 -109, -7.5 -103, or -7 -113;
Los Angeles +2.5 -109, +3 -119, +3.5 -131

If nothing else it's interesting to see the value Pinnacle (Daringly?) puts on buying points.
